Products Illuminated Signage Illuminated Lettering

Illuminated Letters

Illuminated lettering consisting of individual illuminated letters can be manufactured in numerous different versions. Familiarise yourself with the many different versions.

The variety is the result of different combinations of light aperture and the resulting illumination effect, the materials used for the body of the letter, and the means of attachment. The frames are also an important component. Frames are the lateral edgings of a physical object; in our case these are the side-walls of the illuminated letter.

Finally, the size of the letter also plays a crucial role in terms of the effect on the observer. Although there is plenty of room for creativity, this is limited by regulations imposed by the authorities depending on the environment.

We will be pleased to provide you with comprehensive advice and to recommend a design to suit your brand message and your budget. Take a preliminary look at the different possibilities shown in the following pictures and accompanying texts.

Product variants

Illuminated letters made of acrylic glass, front-illuminated

The body of the letters is manufactured from acrylic glass. The frames consist of opaque acrylic glass and are therefore not illuminated. The illuminant is installed for front illumination. The base consists of shock-resistant ABS.

Illuminated letters front and 4/5 frame illuminated

The body of the letters consists of acrylic glass. The frames used are almost completely, i.e. 4/5 illuminated. The illuminant for front and frame illumination is installed. The entire body of the letters appears to be illuminated. It is advisable to use different colours for the frames and front sides to improve legibility in this instance.

Illuminated letters neon superimposed

The body of the letters is fabricated from acrylic glass and is not generally illuminated. A continuous illuminated neon lining is fitted to the front.

Illuminated letters front and 1/3 frame illuminated

The body of the letters consists of acrylic glass. One third of the frames used are illuminated. The illuminant for front and frame illumination is installed. The frames can be illuminated in the same colour as the front, or a different colour shade can be incorporated to create a playful effect.

Illuminated letters indirectly illuminated

The body of the letters can consist entirely of acrylic glass but may consist of other materials as well. The light is emitted on the rear side; the base consists of transparent acrylic glass. The illuminated letters have to be installed at a certain distance from the wall to enable the base to be illuminated as well. This results in so-called shadow lettering. This effect can also be combined with front illumination.
